Tomato Avocado Cardamom Salad

Updated: Jun 13, 2020

Are you looking for another interesting way to eat avocado?

Cherry or Grape tomatoes, ripe Avocado, Cardamom, Oil and Lemon juice. That is all.

This is a personal culinary invention using the science of taste paring.

One batch gives you about 4 servings.

If you're thinking about doubling the recipe here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Since avocado goes bad fairly quickly, consider making 2 separate batches instead of 1 during the week - to preserve freshness.

  • The leftover tomatoes keep well at room temperature, while avocados can either ripen further on the counter or, if soft, can be kept in the fridge.

Since this is a very easy recipe to make, it won't take too much time or energy - even for a weekday.

If you make this recipe I'd love to hear your opinion and/or see your masterpiece, Chef. Reply to this post or drop me a message and you'll make my day :)
