Tomato Avocado Cardamom Salad
Updated: Jun 13, 2020
Are you looking for another interesting way to eat avocado?

Cherry or Grape tomatoes, ripe Avocado, Cardamom, Oil and Lemon juice. That is all.
This is a personal culinary invention using the science of taste paring.
One batch gives you about 4 servings.
If you're thinking about doubling the recipe here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
Since avocado goes bad fairly quickly, consider making 2 separate batches instead of 1 during the week - to preserve freshness.
The leftover tomatoes keep well at room temperature, while avocados can either ripen further on the counter or, if soft, can be kept in the fridge.
Since this is a very easy recipe to make, it won't take too much time or energy - even for a weekday.
If you make this recipe I'd love to hear your opinion and/or see your masterpiece, Chef. Reply to this post or drop me a message and you'll make my day :)
