Tamagoyaki

Japanese Omelette.

Tamagoyaki is one of those gorgeous recipes that you'll be proud to serve during a fancy brunch. The omelette builds upon itself to form a roll and thin slices of mozzarella placed inside will melt and drip with cheesy gooeyness once you cut it open:

What you may not expect is that this recipe is also very easy to make and, despite it being yumm-yumm-yummy, it requires only a few ingredients . You will only need a few eggs, a bit of mozzarella and a touch of oil to coat your pan.

You can certainly use some sesame seeds for decor (black and white for a more dramatic effect) - however don't forget to check with your guests if they have allergies beforehand as sesame seeds are a common food allergen.
