Spicy Beef Salad with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Figs and fresh Herbs

Inspired by the beautiful presentations of beef platters in elegant restaurants, this dish highlights the flavor of browned beef - cooked in a spicy, buttery garlic sauce.
Pairing it with roasted sweet potatoes, tossed on a bed of greens, and topping it with fresh herbs, dry fruits and a fig makes for the perfect main course.
This dish was carefully planned. Ingredients were chosen for their particular flavors and proportions were calculated so that this dish is a complete meal on its own.
