This dish needs no introduction - since everyone knows about Spanakopita, the Greek spinach pie.
Made with lots of spinach, feta cheese and phyllo pastries that turn gold during cooking, the dish itself is not just delicious, but a complete (and filling) meal on its own.
Still, this should not stop you from serving it with a fresh salad on the side, to add to the yumminess.
