A gorgeous dish for a beautiful Romantic dinner.
This makes for an easy-to-make, yet decadent meal that will make you feel like you're going out together for a fancy restaurant.
While a Romantic dinner should not be about depriving yourself (hence the smoked salmon and the cream), this does not mean there aren't steps that you can take to make the dish healthier.
We loaded this dish with mushrooms. Vegetables of all kinds provide extra fiber and will help you control portion sizes for the main meal - ensuring you will not feel that uh! feeling (that you may get from overeating) later on during the night. You may also want to consider having a small salad on the side as well. Our Ginger Pomegranate Salad will look gorgeous next to this dish.
The original recipe comes from my friend Suzanne ❤️and it was so good that I've only made minor tweaks to it.
