Shrimp and Risotto with Mushrooms and Black Pepper

Buttery garlic shrimp cooked just enough to blush, with a side of cheesy Risotto.

Heating the butter/ margarine well ensures that shrimp will take only minutes to be ready. In order to save time, buy shrimp that has already been shelled and deveined.

The risotto gets its flavor from the mushrooms - as the rice is cooked right over them and will absorb their juices. Melting cream cheese right over is a fast and easy way to add flavor and creaminess. Add black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese for an extra kick.

It's that simple!
