Minty, citrusy and fresh.
This is a very simple Iranian salad - made with Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onion and an easy-to-make lime dressing. A touch of mint and a sprinkle of sumac give this salad its unique flavor.
The salad goes well with our Kebab Koobideh, or any other Persian or non Persian dish for that matter.
