Pork Dumpling and Spicy Soya Sauce
Love at first bite.

Dumpling Time !!!
Aren't these little bundles of mouth-joy incredibly pretty? I may be biased - since I've also had the pleasure of tasting them. This is a recipe that I printed from Tasty a long time ago that I have made over and over and over again.
If you're wondering how to shape dumplings into these cute shapes, head over to this week's Pinterest Board for some inspiration: https://www.pinterest.ca/S…/week-28-asian-style-weekly-menu/ - except for the bottom down corner dumplings, which are supposed to look like rosebuds and are my own doing.
Now, if you're anything like me and end up always having leftover meat and no dumpling wrappers (It happens.), I've got an idea for you. You can use your leftover meat to make meatballs. They still go super well with your sauce, are incredibly easy to make and don't require any extra ingredients. I bake mine in the oven and they come out wonderful. Here's a bonus tip: use an ice cream scooper to make your meatballs identical in size.
