Pasta Putaneasca

Two words: one pot.

If you've never made one-pot-pasta, you have to try it! You pretty much add all ingredients to your pot, give it some time to do its magic and Presto! Your dish is ready. Pretty amazing, I know ;)

For the meat lovers out there: yes, you can add meat instead of lentils. Just like with lentils, you'll have to cook the meat in the beginning and then add everything else to the pot. About 500 g - 1 kg (1.1- 2.2 lbs) meat should be enough for the entire dish . One word of caution: while this dish is yummy, it is also higher in sodium.
