This is the third recipe of our Vegetarian week menu.
For the sauce used to coat the tofu: mix all ingredients before you add them to the pan - not one by one and not directly in the pan. Otherwise you may end up a tasty mess, that may or may not clump when you add your corn starch. It may have happened to me once or twice... :D
This dish is only mildly spicy, however feel free to add more zing if you prefer to have more heat in your dishes.
Lastly: this would go super well with a bit of chopped mint on top - if you can find some.
