Morir Sonando

An original Dominican drink which tastes like pure relaxation.

Literally meaning "To die dreaming", this drink is a soothing, yet refreshing way to start the day, or to take a break in the Dominican Republic.

Unlike Pina Colada or Mojito, or other popular drinks that one can have when vacationing to the South, Morir Sonando is specific to the Dominican Republic.

Made with evaporated milk and orange juice, it will remind you of the taste of a creamsicle.

We have payed special attention to the order in which the ingredients are added and the temperature they are kept at - in order to prevent the milk from curdling.

And since I know some people will ask: milk and orange juice can safely be mixed. Yes, once in your stomach, milk will naturally curdle - but it would have done that even without the orange juice, since your stomach has an acidic environment.
