Menemen - Turkish Breakfast

A fresh omelet that melts in your mouth.

A different kind of omelet - loaded with fresh veggies for extra flavor, Menemen is the traditional Turkish way to start the day. Whether you choose to let it be gooey so you can dip bread or toast in, or if you decide to cook it longer so that it hardens, this breakfast dish will be a yummy way to get your morning dose of protein and fiber. Along with a bit of wholegrain bread, it makes for a complete meal.

We recommend sprinkling some freshly cut parsley on top - not just because it will be prettier that way, but also because it will give this mean an extra burst of freshness.
