Lebanese Milk Pudding

Updated: Nov 14, 2020

With Rose and Orange Blossom Water.

I tasted this dessert years ago - during my school years and I still remember how much I loved it and how this was a completely new and unexpected taste to me.

If you're never had a Lebanese Milk Pudding before, I strongly encourage you to give it a try.

Nowadays, rosewater is no longer present in every household and a lot of people don't even know what it tastes like. Interestingly enough, there was a time when rosewater was what vanilla extract is for us today - a common ingredient in baking.

Since not everyone can have sugar in a large quantity, I provided 3 options for sweetening this dessert: Stevia only (sugar free), 1/2 sweetness from Stevia and 1/2 from sugar, as well as sugar only. Hope this is useful.
