Fresh and incredibly flavorful.
Made with leftover pita scraps, this fresh salad is traditionally put together by adding any available fresh vegetables.
You know how others stop and smell the roses?
My advice would be to stop and smell the lemon - because you'll use lemon to make a wonderfully perfumed dressing for this salad. Juice each lemon half and then take the leftover lemon to you nose and smell it. Mmmmmm!
Add a bit of sumac, a bit of cinnamon and a touch of allspice and your dressing is ready.
Don't forget the pita chips!
