Dijon Salmon
Updated: Jun 14, 2020
Crunchy and tasty meets fast and fancy.

Salmon, parsley, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, a bit of walnuts and a touch of honey.
Little known fact: you can also make a lot of substitutions and your salmon will still come out well:
you can replace your walnuts for pecans if that's what you have in the house
you can add maple syrup instead of honey
you can even replace your Dijon with regular mustard.
While the end result may be slightly different if you make some changes you'll still get a very tasty dish - that is also rich in omega 3s.
Depending how many people you're cooking for, plan for 2 servings each to make sure you're getting enough.
