Dijon Salmon

Updated: Jun 14, 2020

Crunchy and tasty meets fast and fancy.

Salmon, parsley, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, a bit of walnuts and a touch of honey.

Little known fact: you can also make a lot of substitutions and your salmon will still come out well:

  • you can replace your walnuts for pecans if that's what you have in the house

  • you can add maple syrup instead of honey

  • you can even replace your Dijon with regular mustard.

While the end result may be slightly different if you make some changes you'll still get a very tasty dish - that is also rich in omega 3s.

Depending how many people you're cooking for, plan for 2 servings each to make sure you're getting enough.
