French shallots, 2 types of mushrooms, a touch a of nutmeg and a bit of butter/ margarine make this quiche truly divine.
And because we didn't want to dilute the taste of this mushroomy goodness, we skipped the crust altogether.
Serve this dish with a salad ( we recommend Salade Nicoise) to make a complete meal.
