A no sugar keto desert to satisfy your sweet craving.
If you thought a keto diet should be void of deserts, think again.
Yes, sugar is not recommended while following a ketogenic diet, neither are sugar alcohols (such as mannitol or xylitol), however one can use a sweetener such as stevia... and their own creativity... to come up with a recipe for a keto friendly desert.
We built our desert from scratch using only 4 ingredients.
The final result is a bit sweet and a bit salty. Is it fluffy on the outside and creamy on the inside and its powdered appearance will remind you of chocolate truffles. Yumm!
