Inspired by the Sichuan Hot Pot, this fragrant dish has a bit of everything: meat and tofu for protein, noodles for energy, lots of different vegetables for fiber and vitamins and, of course, bay and ginger and cinnamon and Goji berries and Sichuan pepper for fragrance and a tingly surprise :)
Easy to make and to customize, this meal lets everyone choose their favorite ingredients.
Alternatively, when cooking for a family, one can also just select a handful of preferred ingredients and make this into a one pot meal for everyone to enjoy.
