A festive and nutritious menu for the Christmas week.

Here are this week's recipes:

We did not include a recipe for the pinecone appetizer - because this is soooo easy to make. You will need to mix cream cheese with chopped dill and green onions (adjust to taste). Use fresh almonds were to decorate the cheese and make it look like a pinecone and add a bit of fresh rosemary for the extra decorative touch.
